Does she love me?

We were the happiest couple at first.

We got married where she wanted and how she wanted.

I got her a big house and the cars she dreamed of.

I wake up every morning and make her breakfast and get her some coffee.

I take her shopping and get her everything she wants.

We had kids together and they are beautiful.

I make her dinner and sometimes take her out to eat where she wants. 

I treat her like she should be treated. 

I give her compliments everyday and start her bubble baths for her. 

I love my beautiful wife and children so dearly.

I'm her husband, why doesn't she care for what I do for her?

Does she love me anymore? 

Is she happy with me still?
